Terms of Service
Last updated August 18, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Proxy at useproxy.co and the Proxy service. By signing in or connecting a service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Proxy joins your meetings, answers questions grounded in your connected code, and drafts follow-up work (such as pull requests, messages, and notes). Proxy stages every world-touching action as a draft for a human to approve — it does not push code or send messages on its own.
Your responsibilities
- Only one authorized admin should connect Proxy for the organization, and only to services and repositories that admin is authorized to connect.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record or transcribe meetings under the laws that apply to you and your participants.
- You will review any draft before approving it. You remain responsible for code you merge and messages you send.
- You will not misuse the service, attempt to break tenant isolation, or use it unlawfully.
Accounts & access
Access is org-wide under a single admin. Additional members are added or approved by your admin. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Usage-based work is metered and billed per your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
You own your content and the work product Proxy generates for you. We own the Proxy software and service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).
Disclaimers & liability
Proxy is designed to be grounded and to decline when it doesn't know — but AI output can be wrong, so you must review before relying on it. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your organization's data at any time. On termination we purge your tenant's derived data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Questions: hello@useproxy.co.
These terms are provided for transparency and may be superseded by a signed agreement between your organization and us.
